Twin-Shaft Anti-Wrap Shearing Two counter-rotating shafts equipped with hardened alloy blades operate at low speed (12–25 rpm) with enormous torque. The shearing action cuts through fabrics cleanly without letting long fibers wind around the shafts. This anti-wrap geometry makes the machine reliable even with stretchy, stringy, or fibrous materials that jam standard single-shaft systems.
Intelligent Load-Sensing & Auto-Reverse The integrated PLC continuously monitors shaft load. When the system detects an overload from a tough textile bundle or foreign object, the rotors instantly reverse to clear the obstruction, then resume forward rotation automatically. This hands-free jam clearance maximizes uptime on variable, unpredictable feedstock.
Durable, Re-Sharpenable Blades Cutting blades are machined from high-alloy, through-hardened tool steel, designed to withstand the abrasive nature of fabrics containing dirt, zippers, and buttons. The thick blade profile permits multiple re-sharpening cycles, and quick-access service doors allow fast blade rotation or replacement by a single operator.
Adjustable Output Sizing Interchangeable sizing screens mounted on a hydraulic cradle allow rapid, tool-free changes. Choose from a range of hole diameters (15mm to 60mm) to produce the exact chip size your downstream process requires — from coarse chunks for RDF to fine fluff for insulation or chemical recycling.
Safe, Low-Speed Operation The extremely low rotational speed minimizes friction, heat, and dust generation — reducing fire risk and creating a safer workplace. Full safety interlocks, emergency stops, and sealed cutting chamber guards protect operators. An optional dust extraction system is available for high-throughput enclosed lines.

The twin-shaft shearing action cuts through these small metal items or passes them through without major damage to the blades.
