End-of-Life Vehicles (ELV): Complete flattened passenger car bodies, including body panels, doors, bonnets, boot lids, and roof sections. Steel, zinc-coated panels, and attached plastics are processed together.
Stamping & Press Shop Scrap: Automotive stamping skeletons, offcuts, and rejected body-in-white panels. High-value clean sheet steel is reduced to uniform fragments for direct remelting.
Chassis & Subframe Components: Suspension arms, crossmembers, crash beams, and engine cradles. High-strength steel and aluminum components are sheared and liberated for material-specific recovery.
