FAQ

Can I make pellets for different animals with one machine? Yes. Simply change the die. We recommend 2–4mm for chicks and layers, 5–8mm for pigs and sheep, 8–12mm for cattle. We provide a complete guide.

What about the pellet forming rate? Is there much waste? The forming rate is ≥95% under proper moisture and raw material size. The few unformed powders can be sieved and re-processed directly.

Is it hard to install? It arrives fully assembled. You just position it on a flat, dry floor, connect the power, and follow our video guide. Setup takes about 15 minutes.

Which raw materials can I use? Maize, wheat, rice bran, soybean meal, cottonseed cake, alfalfa hay, straw, grass powder, and more. A 2–8mm hammer mill powder is recommended for best results.
