Twin-Shaft, Low-Speed Anti-Wrap Shredding Two counter-rotating shafts with thick stainless steel blades run at low speed (12–25 rpm). The shearing action cuts fibrous vegetable stalks, corn cobs, and fruit peels into short, defined lengths without wrapping around the shafts. This makes the machine reliable on stringy, wet, and mixed organic materials that defeat high-speed grinders.
Full Stainless Steel & Corrosion-Proof Construction Every product-contact surface — chamber, blades, shafts, and hopper — is manufactured from 304 or optional 316 stainless steel. Seals and gaskets are rated for constant contact with acidic, saline, and fermenting organic matter. The machine thrives in the damp, aggressive environment where painted carbon steel fails within months.
Packaged Food & Depackaging Capability Much commercial food waste arrives in plastic bags, cans, or cardboard boxes. Our shredder opens and empties these containers in a single pass without smearing food into the packaging. The liberated packaging can be removed downstream (e.g., by trommel or air separation), and the clean organic fraction is ready for digestion or composting.
